Sarkari Pakka serves students across India including those who study in Bengali and Kokborok. We need someone who can go beyond clicking buttons — this role demands a sharp eye for detail, technical curiosity, and the ability to identify, reproduce, and fix bugs in a fast-moving production environment. You will own quality for regional language features end-to-end.

• Test platform features, question content, and UI across Bengali and Kokborok language settings
• Identify, document, and reproduce bugs with precision
• Investigate root causes and work directly in the codebase to fix issues where possible
• Verify accuracy of translations, language rendering, and content display
• Write and maintain test cases for regression testing
• Collaborate closely with the development team on releases and hotfixes
• Raise quality issues proactively — not just reactively

• Fluency in Bengali and/or Kokborok — mandatory
• Basic to intermediate programming knowledge — ability to read code and fix straightforward bugs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with bug tracking and systematic testing
• High attention to detail and ownership mentality
• Prior experience in software testing or development preferred
• Passion for education technology and making a real impact
